Our Site logistics and Construction BIM models will clearly show any major equipment and temporary structures. The Construction BIM model is fully coordinated with all trades involved to deliver ready-to-install components to the project site to shorten the project timeline as much as possible. Phasing and the schedule is integrated and updated as activities progress so the building may be viewed as it is built at any time of the project.
Operation: The As-built BIM model will be an exact replica of its real world counterpart and will have embedded within it critical information you need to operate your building or component. It will be tied to your management software that will allow you to track items in your building just as you track inventory today. It will also alert you to time critical information such as warranties or lifecycles of mechanical and electrical equipment.
