Neil Dufva

CEO

Neil Dufva started Crunchy Logistics in late 2007 and has been growing the company ever since.  His main area of expertise is programming of anything and everything under the sun and technical project management. Through his experience of programming and working around the globe, he has been able to meet like-minded business-hungry industry professionals with different areas of expertise to make the world of technology continents whole.

John Hargrove

CTO

John Hargrove is a software engineer with lifelong programming experience. John became a programmer to create his own video games and has since worked in several fields, sometimes reaching outside of software: law enforcement, digital interactive entertainment, nuclear power security, remote locomotive control and various national defense applications.

Adi Khanna

Director of Finance

Adi Khanna began as the Director of Finance in August of 2010. Adi has been managing financial operations of Crunchy Logistics and has experience ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to corporate environments. He also completed his Masters in Business Administration from Rollins College, Crummer Graduate School.

Leo Moretti

Director of Operations

Leonardo is currently the Director of Operations for Crunchy Logistics.  He is a University of South Florida graduate with a B.S. in Finance and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.  He has worked for various consultants in the past, from Business to Technology and has played many roles within the organizations.  Although his role is mainly in Operations, Leonardo holds certificates in Digital Media and Software Programming with companies such as: Crestron Electronics and Peavey Media Matrix. In addition, he is part of a team that handles all of the Audio/Video and Interactive Support for our larger clients.
